Available on lease terms of 12 months or more, the offices can be provided with basic office furniture or offered as a blank canvas for occupiers to create a space that reflects their own organisation and identity.

A service charge will apply in addition to the rent and is currently estimated at £6.00–£7.00 per sq ft per annum, inclusive of management costs. This is an indicative figure and subject to final confirmation and annual review.
