Meeting Rooms

Caerlee Mill offers two private, stylish meeting rooms for face to face or hybrid online meetings.

Traquair (Meeting Room 1) – A boardroom style meeting space for 8–12 people, featuring a rich Scottish red interior and striking cycling-inspired wall graphics.

Caberston (Meeting Room 2) – A small 4-6 person space overlooking the front door. This connects to the events space for preparation at large events.

Enhance your meeting with access to professional podcasting and recording facilities. Both rooms offer excellent acoustics, while the thoughtfully designed Traquair Room is perfectly suited to high-quality video and audio recording. Podcasting and video equipment is included within the booking cost, providing an ideal setting for media camps, interviews, content creation and event-related recording.
